CALABASAS, CA. December 17, 2025 — Line 6 today released the free Helix® Stadium 1.2 firmware update for the Helix Stadium XL Floor amp & effects processor.
“We dubbed the Helix Stadium 1.2 firmware update the ‘Showcase Update’ because it rolls out Phase 1 of our Showcase live performance and automation engine,” said Eric Klein, Chief Product Design Architect. “But the update also includes seven new AgouraTM amp channels from three amps, numerous overall improvements, and a metric ton of bug fixes. The Helix Stadium editing software, needed to import audio into Showcase, has also been updated to 1.2.”
Showcase enables Helix Stadium XL Floor to serve as the centerpiece of entire stage setups—including automatically recalling presets and snapshots, controlling loopers and software, and using MIDI to control pedals, keyboards and synths, video, and even lighting. Showcase also features sophisticated audio playback capabilities useful for everything from arranging and triggering live backing tracks to jamming along while learning or for fun. Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi control are also supported.
The Helix Stadium 1.2 firmware update also adds seven new Agoura amp channels from three amplifiers:
• US Super Black (Normal and Vibrato channels) – based on* the Fender® Super Reverb
• Cali 2C+ (Normal and Lead channels) – based on* the Mesa/Boogie® Mark IIC
• Brit Jujube (Rhythm, Rhythm Clip, and Lead channels) – based on* the Marshall® Silver Jubilee
