The Women’s International Music Network is now accepting artist submissions for their official showcase on May 3, 2019 in Hollywood, CA, featuring female songwriter/performers at prestigious music industry event
February 21, 2019, Needham, Mass. – The Women’s International Music Network (the WiMN) announces the sixth annual “She Rocks” Showcase, scheduled during the ASCAP “I Create Music” EXPO in Hollywood, CA at 7:30pm on Friday, May 3, 2019.

This official EXPO Showcase, celebrating its sixth anniversary, will be a focal point of the evening at the conference. The 2019 “She Rocks” Showcase presents a unique opportunity for female artists of all styles to perform in front of industry experts, media representatives, artists, publishers and more during the premier conference for songwriters, composers and producers.
Artists are encouraged to submit their best material for an opportunity to be selected for a performance slot at the showcase. All genres and styles of music are welcome to apply. All materials must be submitted by March 20, 2019. Showcase slot winners will be announced by March 31, 2019. Winners will also receive a free day pass to the ASCAP EXPO. Travel is the responsibility of the winner.

Now in its 14th year, the ASCAP “I Create Music” EXPO is the largest conference of its kind in the United States, attracting over 3,000 music creators for three days of panels, workshops, master classes, keynotes and one-on-one sessions with the industry’s top hitmakers. The “She Rocks” Showcase is presented by the Women’s International Music Network (theWiMN.com), an organization aimed at providing opportunities and a voice for women in the music industry.
