Paris, 2019/07/23: Blue Cat Audio ( http://www.bluecataudio.com ) has released free updates for Blue Cat's MB-7 Mixer and MB-5 Dynamix, their multiband effects processors.
For both plug-ins, this update fixes the slope of the crossover filters that used to be twice as steep as displayed (factory presets have been modified accordingly). This will help reduce the amount of phase shift when using many bands. The new MB-5 Dynamix plug-in also has a new preset browser with built-in search and improved MIDI support for the VST3 format. The full list of fixes and enhancements is detailed below.
The free update can be downloaded from the same location as the original full version (link received by email upon purchase). And for new customers, demo versions are available on www.bluecataudio.com in most plug-in formats for Mac and PC.
