CALABASAS, CA. October 13, 2026—Line 6 today released the free Helix® Stadium 1.4 firmware update for the Helix Stadium XL Floor and Helix Stadium Floor amp and effects processors—adding a powerful practice tool, new sounds, and increased performance. Highlights include expanded Showcase functionality including cloud-based stem separation, three AgouraTM amps, four distortion pedals, two modulations, faster preset load times, and expanded MIDI control.
“We dubbed the 1.4 update the ‘Eras Update’ because our new Brit SL100 Agoura amp model lets you choose from four sonically different ‘eras’ during the evolution of the Marshall® JMP 1959 Super Lead 100 head,” said Eric Klein, Chief Product Design Architect. “But the update also adds stem separation to Showcase—making it much easier to learn, practice, and perform parts—as well as other additions, improvements, and bug fixes.”
New Agoura Amps
• Brit SL100, based on* the Marshall Super Lead 1967, 1968, 1970, and 1971 (Normal, Bright, and Jumped channels for each era).
• Omega Granophyre, based on* the Omega AmpworksTM Granophyre 6L6.
• Prosecutor, a Line 6 Original Agoura amp inspired by the Litigator.
New Effects
• Mercator, based on the Line 6 Cartographer amplifier preamp.
• Rock Box Boost, based on* the Z.VexTM Box of RockTM boost circuit.
• Rock Box Distortion, based on* the Z.Vex Box of Rock distortion circuit.
• PortaBox 424, based on* the JHS Pedals® 424 Gain Stage.
• Essex Vibe, based on* the vibrato circuit in a Vox® AC-30.
• Dimension W, based on* the BOSS® Dimension C DC-2W chorus.
Showcase Stem Separation
Stem separation is an extraordinary learning, practice, and rehearsal tool. Import an audio file into Helix Stadium using into Helix Stadium via the Helix Stadium app and then use the separation service to create five stereo stems: drums, bass, guitar, vocals, and other. Solo a part to hear it more clearly, making it easier to learn, then mute that part and play along in place of the original.
Smoother Performance
The 1.4 update makes working with Helix Stadium faster and easier. Preset load times have been greatly reduced; macOS®/Windows® editing over tethered USB, MIDI control of Matrix Mixer settings, and other functions have been added; and Showcase playback can now automatically skip over markers. You can also organize Clones into nested folders, convert blocks from mono to stereo without losing your settings, view Showcase track names in the Matrix Mixer, and more.
Increased Connectivity
The Helix Stadium application can now be connected to Helix Stadium via USB-C in addition to Wi-Fi—ensuring a stable connection regardless of Wi-Fi availability or signal strength.
