Lonely Robot - launch video for 'In Floral Green';
UK tour begins

Lonely Robot, the project masterminded by producer, guitarist and singer/songwriter John Mitchell (It Bites, Frost*, Arena), released their much-anticipated second studio album 'The Big Dream' earlier this year, reaching number 6 in the UK Rock Album chart. Now, at the beginning of their UK tour, they are pleased to reveal a video for the track 'In Floral Green', featuring a guest appearance from Kim Seviour,
which you can see here:
John comments: "In Floral Green is a song very dear to my heart. In addition to losing sight of the warmth of human connection we feel in the cold remoteness and social disconnect of the modern world, we as a species probably need to be around a lot less drab grey and a lot more rustic green. Many thanks to the little dark haired kid in the chorus for his tireless commitment to big 70s hair and throwing a ball around for our amusement."
As mentioned, Lonely Robot will play 3 UK headline dates starting today. Joining them on all 3 dates will be TILT, featuring Lonely Robot live band member Steve Vantsis and fellow Fish collaborator Robin Boult, and in London only they will be joined by Southampton's melodic, progressive trio Kepler Ten.
The full list of dates can be found below:
18th August - The Ruby Lounge, Manchester w/ TILT
19th August - Islington Assembly Hall w/ TILT & Kepler Ten
20th August - Thekla, Bristol w/ TILT
Lonely Robot will be brought to life on stage with Craig Blundell on drums, Steve Vantsis on bass & Liam Holmes on keyboards (pictured above).
