Imagine Jackson’s innovative and high-tech Soloist model on steroids. That’s what these models offer — premium features and upgrades that are typically found only on Custom Shop models.
The Limited Edition Wildcard Soloist™ SL2FM and Limited Edition Wildcard Series Soloist SL2P models feature an ergonomically contoured alder body in a Transparent Black Burst finish with masked-off natural binding and color matched pointy headstock. The SL2FM features an elegant flame maple top, while the SL2P is capped with a dramatic poplar burl top. The neck-through-body construction design improves sustain and intonation and features an attractive and rock-solid five-piece maple/wenge/maple/wenge/maple neck with graphite reinforcement and a painted gloss to natural satin gradient finish on the back for smooth playability.
Jackson Limited Edition Wildcard Series Soloist SL2P
The 12”-16” compound radius bound ebony fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets and an outlined pearloid sharkfin at the 12th fret, Luminlay® side dots for fretboard guidance even on the darkest of stages and a conveniently placed heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel.
A pair of multi-voiced Fishman® Fluence® Modern PRF-MHB pickups are directly mounted to the body for improved vibration transfer. This re-imagined set delivers the most sought-after humbucking tones, from modern active pickup sounds to super-hot high-output humbucking tones. This instrument’s versatile voice can be explored with three-way toggle switch, single volume control and tone control with push/pull knob to switch from an active to passive tone for more dynamic picking attack.

The limited edition SL2FM and SL2P models also come with a Floyd Rose® Original double-locking tremolo bridge system, Gotoh® sealed die-cast tuners, Dunlop® dual- locking strap buttons and black hardware.

Absolutely radiant in a Blue Sparkle finish with a color matched reverse pointed 6-in-line headstock and chrome hardware, this high-performance axe has an aggressively carved alder Soloist body with arched top and a through-body three-piece maple neck with graphite reinforcement and satin finish on the back. Primed for energetic riffing near the nut or blazing leads and aggressive bends in the upper registers, the 12”-16” compound radius bound ebony fingerboard features 27 jumbo frets, a pearloid sharkfin at the 12th fret and Luminlay® side dots.
Jackson Limited Edition Wildcard Soloist™ Arch Top Extreme SL27 EX
The HS pickup configuration routing features direct mount DiMarzio® Super Distortion® DP100FW+BK bridge and DiMarzio Air Norton S™ DP180W neck pickups. Designed to kick a tube amp into total overdrive, the Super Distortion has a perfect blend of power and tone — thick, boosted mids, big lows and fat highs. Boasting expressive pick attack and dynamics, the Air Norton S neck pickup provides deep and warm tone, but not muddy and is also hot without being distorted.
