NASHVILLE, TN – Today, Epiphone unveils the all-new Prophecy Series, a ground-up reimagining of its most performance-focused electric guitars. Built for guitarists who need one instrument to respond with speed and precision, hold tune through the set, and move from low-tuned riffs to articulate cleans, the series introduces the Prophecy Victory FR, Les Paul™ Baritone, Les Paul, SG™, and Flying V™. Prophecy puts five unmistakable shapes to work for heavy music as it sounds today. Each guitar features a thermally aged, graphite-reinforced one-piece maple neck with a fast-playing Hyperglide profile, a bound ebony fretboard with a 10-inch to 14-inch compound radius, and 24 stainless steel frets. Extended scale lengths help lower tunings stay tight and defined, while model-specific hardware and ergonomic refinements give players stability and control through a full set.
At the center of every Prophecy guitar is a pair of custom-voiced Fishman® Fluence® pickups developed exclusively for the series. The advanced electronics give players access to three distinct sounds, including high-output modern active humbucker™ tones, vintage-inspired Patent Applied For-style humbucker character, and clear single-coil-style articulation. Easily accessible switching allows musicians to move between powerful rhythm tones, articulate cleans, and expressive lead sounds from a single instrument. The custom-voiced Fishman pickups are mounted using DAPS (Dual-Axis Pickup Stabilization), a proprietary, body-anchored system that keeps the pickups securely aligned and parallel to the strings while allowing precise height adjustment. Integrated stabilization wings and precision-machined mounting pockets maintain stable positioning and consistent string-to-magnet spacing. The design also eliminates conventional pickup mounting rings for a clean, streamlined appearance.
The new Prophecy lineup is designed to remain clear, responsive, and controlled across modern and lower tunings. Thermally aged necks reinforced with graphite rods provide enhanced structural stability, while locking Grover® tuners and model-specific bridge systems support dependable tuning and consistent performance. Black nickel hardware and satin finishes give the entire series a unified visual identity that is bold, refined, and distinctly modern.

The Prophecy Victory FR combines the commanding Victory body shape with a mahogany body, highly figured flamed maple veneer, 25.5-inch scale length, and an Explorer™-style headstock. Its Floyd Rose® 1000 Series locking tremolo, Floyd Rose R3 locking nut, and locking Grover Mini Rotomatic® tuners provide exceptional tuning stability, even during aggressive tremolo use. Prophecy Les Paul Baritone
Designed for extended range and lower tunings, the Prophecy Les Paul Baritone features a 27-inch scale length and is factory-equipped with .012 to .060-gauge strings optimized for baritone tunings such as B to B. Its Ultra Modern weight-relieved mahogany body is topped with maple and a highly figured flamed maple veneer, while a Modern Contoured Heel and rear belly carve improve upper-fret access and playing comfort. The through-body, Frequensator-inspired tailpiece helps balance string tension while promoting low-end definition, sustain, and expressive response. The Prophecy Les Paul Baritone is available in Obsidian Storm Satin.

The Prophecy Les Paul brings modern ergonomics and performance to Epiphone’s most celebrated single-cutaway design. Its Ultra Modern weight-relieved mahogany body features a maple cap, highly figured flamed maple veneer, rear belly carve, and Modern Contoured Heel. A 25.5-inch scale length provides enhanced tension and note clarity for modern and drop-tuned playing, while a LockTone™ Modern bridge and through-body, Frequensator-inspired tailpiece help deliver tight lows, sustained leads, and a smooth bending response. The Prophecy SG reinterprets the legendary double-cutaway design with a mahogany SG Modern body, maple cap, highly figured flamed maple veneer, and a 25.5-inch scale length. Its lightweight, ergonomic form is paired with the series’s Hyperglide neck, compound-radius ebony fretboard, and 24 stainless steel frets for fluid playing across the entire register. The Prophecy SG is available in Obsidian Storm Satin and Crimson Fog Satin.

Prophecy Flying V
Completing the guitar series, the Prophecy Flying V combines the unmistakable Flying V silhouette with a highly figured flamed maple veneer, multi-ply binding, and a 25.5-inch scale length designed to provide added tension and clarity.
