Pro Tools Integration for the H9000 Multi-Effects Processor Unveiled by Eventide Audio

January 16, 2020, Anaheim, CA – The 2020 NAMM Show – Eventide Audio (Booth C7017) is unveiling the highly anticipated Pro Tools|HD Expansion Card for its flagship H9000 multi- effects processor platform during The 2020 NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA. With full integration, Pro Tools production benefits from the unprecedented processing and effects flexibility, the power of 1600+ Eventide algorithms and the H9000’s expansive ARM-based DSP, implemented with elegant operational simplicity within the familiar Pro Tools I/O and plug-in user interfaces.

The H9000 Pro Tools|Expansion Card has two H9000 setup menu selectable modes of operation – 32-channels In/Out (primary port only) or 16-channels (primary port) + 16-channels pass-thru to secondary port (for connecting other HD devices). Within Pro Tools, the H9000 appears as an HD I/O device (16 or 32 channels, depending on the selected mode). Digital sync selection options are Internal, (Loop Sync Master), Word-clock, Loop Sync, AES, SPDIF, and OPTICAL. As with other HD devices interfaced to Pro Tools, H9000 sample rate is controlled by Pro Tools. 16 x 16 analog I/O can be enabled with Pro Tools display monitoring of analog gain control levels. Pro Tools automatic latency compensation for signals processed in the H9000 is based on Avid HD I/O specs.

With the new Eventide H9000 Pro Tools|Expansion Card, Pro Tools users have direct access to H9000 I/O with clocking option control and automatic latency compensation compatibility.

Eventide will demo the H9000 at its booth throughout The 2020 NAMM Show.
