Reftone Speakers Unveils New Universal In-Ear Reference Headphones
Modeled After Reftone Mix Cubes by Stealth Sonics
The NAMM Show, Anaheim, California (Booth 9912 + Saturday Meeting Room B205) – January 10, 2019 – New for The NAMM Show 2019, Reftone Speakers LLC is excited to announce its new “In-Ear Mix Cubes” (IEMCs), the first universal in-ear reference headphones, co-developed by Stealth Sonics. The company will demonstrate the headphones alongside their full line of products, including their sought-after Reftone LD-10 Replacement Woofers for the Yamaha NS-10 speakers. On Saturday, January 26, show attendees will also be able to participate in special events including blind listening tests and a VIP reception.
Reftone In-Ear Mix Cubes Headphones Launch
The sonically-accurate, single-driver IEMCs are modeled after the original single-driver Reftone 2LD Mix Cubes reference monitors, and priced competitively at $199 MSRP.
“I asked Stealth Sonics to develop our exclusive IEMCs because they understood the science behind our Mix Cubes and were able to deliver the most accurate sound signature to match our quality standards,” says Dave Hampton, Designer, Co-Founder & CEO of Reftone.

In meeting room B205, starting at 10 A.M. on Saturday, January 26th, and conducted at the top of each hour, attendees can participate in blind listening tests where Reftone Mix Cubes sound off with two of the industry’s most popular passive mix cubes. There will also be demos of the new In-Ear Mix Cubes reference headphones and Reftone LD-10 Replacement Woofers for the Yamaha NS-10 speakers. Come listen and arrange demo units for future product review.
Reftone VIPs, including press and artist endorsees, are invited to join a reception from 4 – 6 P.M. to celebrate the new product line up.
