Universal Audio Presents Grammy-Winning Producers and Artists at NAMM 2019


Performances by Monsieur Periné, Producer Sessions with Derek “MixedByAli,” Jacquire King, Jacknife Lee, Eduardo Cabra, and many others

Live Acoustic Performances by Monsieur Periné (12pm & 2:30pm Every Day):

A Colombian musical ensemble with an Afro-Colombian sound that mixes Latin and European flavors, Monsieur Periné rode a wave to the top of the charts internationally with their breezy, acoustic swing. Their new album Encanto Tropical is nominated for several Latin Grammys: Song of the Year, Record of the Year, as well as Album of the Year. Producer/engineer Fab Dupont (Shakira, David Crosby) will be tracking Monsieur Periné live with the new Universal Audio Apollo X audio interfaces and UAD plug-ins every day at the UA Booth.

  • Eduardo Cabra (Fri/Sat)— The mastermind behind Puerto Rican sensations Calle 13, which have won 19 Latin Grammy awards and three Grammys — the most by any group ever.

The Ox Tone Panel (4pm Every Day) featuring guitar tone legends:

  • Tim Pierce (Thurs/Fri) — A first-call session guitarist for over 30 years, credits include Bruce Springsteen, Michael Jackson, Jason Mraz, Rascal Flatts, and hundreds more.
